Do I need an appointment to visit?
Yes, please! For the safety of the pets already playing, we ask that all tours and visits are scheduled in advance.
What vaccinations are required?
We require up-to-date Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella vaccines. You can email us your vet records ahead of time.
How quickly do you reply to emails?
Our team checks messages throughout the day. You can expect a friendly reply within 24 hours.
